PSL Donuts!

Just because Thanksgiving has come and gone doesn’t mean all those “pumpkin spice” goodies have to, too!

The result of a can of pumpkin staring at me in my cabinet and leftover coffee calling my name from the coffee pot --and inspired by every basic girl’s Starbucks favorite-- these decadent circles of pumpkin goodness are way too good to put a seasonal time-stamp on!

Carry out the delicious fall flavor by enjoying these PSL Protein Donuts all fall AND winter long!

2- Slightly warmed up then topped with ice cream!

3- As a donut/ice cream sandwich (yeah, I got crazy with it one night…)

4- Just by themselves!

...and if you’re anything like me, then A.) your typical “serving size” will be at least 3 donuts at a time, and B.) you’ll be whipping up another batch within a few days!

Post-Thanksgiving days don’t have to mean the end of all things pumpkin! Besides, fall technically isn’t over until December 21st, so go ahead and enjoy these fall-flavored bites well into “Christmas season”!

....sorry, peppermint mocha, pumpkin spice is here to stay!

MARIA'S FITNESS TIPS

#1

Set goals! Set both long and short-range goals to keep yourself motivated. Be sure that the short-range goals will eventually lead you to your big-picture, long-range ones. Consider them stepping stones on the path towards something bigger.

#2

Do what you like to do. Don't just start doing something because everyone else is; find what you truly enjoy and do that. In the end, if you don't have a genuine interest in your workouts and lifestyle, you're going to hinder your progress.

#3

Switch things up! I know this may sound kind of funny after just reading #2, but as humans, we can get bored of doing the same thing over and over. As well, our muscles can get "bored" and we can plateau. Do not be afraid to try new things and incorporate change to keep you entertained and your muscles guessing!
