Hi, friends! I'm Maria, an ex-school teacher turned health and fitness guru. Despite leaving the classroom, I've remained on a quest to educate! Through informational blog posts, I seek to teach others more about their own, personal health and fitness while also using hands-on, online coaching to guide them along the journey of establishing a realistic and sustainable, healthy lifestyle.

WHAT I CAN DO FOR YOU

As a certified trainer, I offer a wide range of fitness services. More than just getting you into shape, I also assist with improving endurance, building strength, tracking macronutrients, and helping you painlessly integrate healthy eating into your day-to-day routine. You can choose from a wide array of training and nutrition options found under the "Services" tab!

1:1 ONLINE COACHING

These programs consist of workout regimens and nutrition planning tailored to your goals with email check-ins weekly. 

 

Based off of check-ins, exercise and/or nutrition may be modified to ensure results and progress are being made at a consistent pace.

 

Aside from weekly check-ins, email support is available 24/7 to answer any questions that may arise. 

 

Nutrition aspect of coaching also offers recipe suggestions, tips and tricks for eating out, and healthy diet hacks! 

 

 

4-week program: $150 *existing clients only*

8-week program: $250

12-week program: $300

1:1 NUTRITION COACHING

Nutritional coaching based off of your personal goals and activity level. Nutritional coaching includes weekly check-ins and email support. 

 

Based off of check-ins, nutrition plan may be adjusted to best suit your needs and reach your goal.

 

Meal ideas, grocery list, tips for eating out/social gatherings, and answers to any of your questions available through 24/7 email support.  

 

Nutrition planning does not include a training program.

 

4-week plan: $70 *existing clients only*

8-week plan: $130

Maria is always positive and always makes me feel very hopeful! I have always complained about not feeling skinny enough or just not liking certain parts of my body and I'm seeing my body change over these weeks and I'm loving it! This plan allowed me to really change the way I think about nutrition and eating. I would eat almost no protein, avoid all carbs, and eat all the greens out there. Now I can eat a variety of it all without feeling guilty! I am seeing results both physically and mentally, but seeing results physically by eating more! This plan is motivation to make sure I get to the gym every day and fit in my meals no matter how busy that day is or how tired I am... I also can't report laziness to Maria each week! I have more will power now to turn down junk food as I am seeing positive results with my figure, I want to stay on track! (This is also helping me save money on not buying a coffee every day or ordering out!) I love going to the gym and feeling confident in what I'm doing and upping my weight for different exercises each week. It's an exciting journey, and it's exciting to share this with someone who genuinely cares about your progress and wanting to better yourself!
